About the Workshop:
- Couple Connections is a community partnership designed to inspire cultural change and revitalize the institution of marriage. You will receive: Workbook, Speaker/Listener Technique Card, Personality Tool, and over Six Hours of Instruction for only $25 per couple.
- A leading advocate for healthy marriages in the state since 1991, the Rocky Mountain Family Council is a partner in this exciting workshop to turn back the tragedy of divorce in Colorado. The Bakers are longtime resource associates of the Family Council.
- Bob and Carol, bringing their warm and friendly approach to marriage training, will be using the nationally-acclaimed PREP training model to help participating couples:
- Communicate more effectively
- Resolve conflicts with mutual satisfaction
- Solve troublesome issues in marriage without verbal combat
- Have more fun and friendship in their relationship
- Overcome the most common danger signs that often signal trouble in a marriage
- Deal with the different set of expectations brought into marriage
- Learn how to forgive and move forward
